BioAffix-Sensor-No-Touch-Button

BioAffix Sensor No Touch Button

Liveness-Detecting, Contactless, and Secure Access Technology

Developed with BioAffix engineering, this new-generation access device offers completely contactless entry thanks to its special Infra-Red (IR) receiver. It provides users with both a hygienic and secure experience through its high security measures, compact design, and adjustable sensitivity features.

Sleek and Compact Design

The BioAffix Sensor No Touch Button detects movement in its vicinity using its infrared sensor. This allows for contactless access in areas where security isn’t a primary concern.

The transparent section in the middle of the device houses a special Infra-Red (IR) sensor that detects the hand.

The RGB LED lighting located in the ring around the sensor provides users with instant visual feedback about the device’s status.

High-Security IR Technology

The most significant feature distinguishing the BioAffix Sensor No Touch Button from similar devices is its advanced security infrastructure. While traditional IR buttons can be easily tricked due to their imitable protocols, the BioAffix Sensor No Touch Button protects itself against external IR signals by generating a new encryption key every second. Thanks to the software integrated into its hardware, it provides top-level protection against unauthorized access and sabotage attempts.

Blue LED

The device is ready.

Green LED

Detection occurred, access granted.

Smart LED Optimization

When a hand is presented to the device’s sensing area, a green LED illuminates, and the device then returns to blue mode. However, even if the hand is held in front of the device for an extended period, a second access command will not be issued. This is a secure mechanism that prevents the door from remaining continuously open. For a new access command, the hand must be removed from the sensing area and then presented again.

Sensitivity Adjustment Potentiometer

You can adjust the detection range of the device between 10 cm and 50 cm using the adjustment potentiometer on the device.

  • Turn clockwise to increase the distance.
  • Turn counter-clockwise to decrease the distance.

Time Adjustment Potentiometer

The time potentiometer located on the back of the device controls how long the device remains active after a detection.

  • Turn it clockwise to increase the duration.
  • Turn it counter-clockwise to decrease the duration.
